our identity our promise
At Barberino's, everything starts with our guests: their well-being is the reason we exist. We offer uncompromising quality in every detail, from our treatments to our products, driven by a genuine passion for what we do.
Quality: no compromise
We are synonymous with quality in every aspect: treatments, products, essences, shop, cleanliness, and organization. We are trusted allies and consultants for every guest, seeking and guaranteeing the highest quality in self-care. On this, we will never compromise.
guests first
People are at the heart of the experience we create. Our guests are the reason Barberino’s exists. We love to understand and fulfill their requests and are always attentive to their well-being.
cooperation: we are a team
Barberino’s is an incredible team, made up of people first and professionals second: we work together while having fun, with the same smile we use to welcome our guests! We always work in synergy to achieve common goals, always putting them first. At Barberino’s, "we" always comes before "I"!
we love what we do
It is the fuel for our work. This passion drives us to create a positive impact on the care of every individual, on the environment in which we work, and on the tools we use. Bearing these responsibilities motivates us and helps us work with greater commitment every day! “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”
ambition: we want to go far
Self-care comes from the pursuit of excellence, both in our products and our treatments. We view every stimulus as an opportunity for evolution and growth, which is why we are always hungry for feedback! Self-care starts with tradition but is shaped by our constant research and innovation.
