Well, you might be interested to know how much shampoo you use in a year, so you can be prepared and avoid having to run out of the shower to buy a new one.
The perfect amount of shampoo to use is about a tablespoon of product, between 8 and 12 grams depending on length. If you wash your hair between 2 and 3 times a week, you will use about 6 bottles of shampoo in a year, specifically in the case of the Gentle Daily Shampoo.

How can you get perfect skin without too much effort? If you don't particularly enjoy committing to your skincare routine, there is a secret to getting an excellent result without having to put in excessive work: sheet masks.
