These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of Products made remotely via the internet from the website www.barberinosworld.com.
The publication of the Products on the Site constitutes an invitation to the Customer to formulate a contractual purchase proposal. The order sent by the Customer serves as a contractual proposal and implies full knowledge and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
All Product prices are clearly indicated on the Site and include VAT. Delivery costs are clearly highlighted at the time of ordering. The cost of each shipment may vary based on the delivery and payment method, as well as the destination and the total amount of the order.
Each Purchase Contract entered into between Barberino’s and the Customer shall be considered concluded upon the sending of the order acceptance to the Customer's email address by Barberino’s. Order acceptance is provided to the Customer at the moment the Products are handed over to the courier appointed for delivery, with the relative issuance of the invoice. Barberino’s – Classic Italian Barber has the right to accept or refuse the order sent by the Customer at its own discretion, without the latter being able to make any claims or rights of any kind, including for compensation, in the event of non-acceptance of the order.
The Customer may check the content of the concluded purchase contracts at any time by accessing their personal area on the Site. Payment method and security
Barberino’s products can be purchased online using the fast and secure PayPal payment system at no extra cost. Once the online purchase is completed, the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal site, where they can access their account by entering their personal email address and password. After registration, it is possible to proceed with payments via PayPal without having to re-enter details, even for subsequent purchases. By choosing to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the assigned credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or prepaid card (PostePay).
PayPal protects the buyer's information as the customer's financial details are never passed on. For every transaction performed with this method, a confirmation email will be sent directly from PayPal. The order amount is charged to the PayPal account at the time the order is captured. In the event of cancellation, the amount is refunded to the Customer's PayPal account.
Shipping service and costs
Barberino’s offers the possibility of receiving goods conveniently and directly at home throughout Italy via our partner GLS, a fast and guaranteed express courier service. Purchased products are delivered to the postal address specified by the customer in the order form. By registering on the site, it will be possible to access your “Personal Area” and manage an address book there for your orders to be delivered to. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays. Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form. The cost of the service is fixed throughout the national territory and amounts to only €4.99. Shipping costs are free for orders over €30.00.
Right of withdrawal
Purchases made on the www.barberinosworld.com site are governed by these General Terms and Conditions as well as by Italian law on mail order/distance selling. Pursuant to Art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer Customer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or without indicating a VAT number reference) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing any explanation, under the conditions set out below. To exercise this right, the Customer must:
1. send within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods, via registered mail with return receipt, the specific form provided in the Reserved Area of the site, having filled it out, selected the order for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, and indicated the details
2. Resend the goods directly to the following address:

The withdrawal may also apply to individual Products forming part of a single Purchase Contract. The substantial integrity of the item to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. Once the integrity of the returned Product has been verified, Barberino’s – Classic Italian Barber will refund the Customer the full amount paid for the Products covered by the withdrawn Purchase Contract, no later than 30 (thirty) days from the return of the Products themselves.
Barberino’s will refund the full value of the order, or part of it if the withdrawal is partial, via bank transfer or by other means specifically agreed upon with the Customer.
It is specified that in accordance with the current legislation in force, Barberino’s – Classic Italian Barber will refund the Customer the sums paid by the latter as the price of the Products. Barberino’s will not refund the shipping costs incurred by the Customer. The costs necessary for the return of the Products subject to withdrawal to Barberino’s will be borne by the Customer.
Intellectual property rights
The trademark, as well as any and all works of the intellect, distinctive signs or names, images, photographs, written or graphic text and, more generally, any other intangible asset protected by international laws and conventions on intellectual property and industrial property reproduced on the Site remain the exclusive property of Barberino’s and/or its assignors; no rights to these are derived by the Customer from accessing the Site and/or entering into Purchase Contracts. Any use, even partial, of these is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Barberino’s, to which all related rights are exclusively reserved.
